オーガニックコットンの苗植え会を開催しますので、ご案内です☆
アースデイ東京2012 で、皆様に種をまいて頂いたオーガニックコットンですが、順調に育ち、畑に植える段階となりましたので、下記のとおり苗植え会を開催します。ぜひご参加ください。
秋の収穫をめざして、一緒に農作業を楽しみましょう。
１．日 時 ５月２０日（日） １０：００〜
午前中、苗植えの作業
昼食（桜の里にてピザ作りの予定）後、順次解散
２．場 所 福島県二本松市戸沢地内の畑（２箇所）
参加者には改めて詳細地図を案内します。
３．参加費 １，５００円（昼食付き）
４．その他 前夜、宿泊を希望される方へは、地元の宿泊施設または農家民宿をご紹介いたします。
○ １９日夜に東和地区内で、綿花の勉強会を兼ねた懇親会を開催しますので、興味ある方はこちらへもご参加下さい。（参加費用は３，０００円程度を予定。人数次第）

アースデイ良かったです☆ Brilliant Earth Day in Tokyo
アースデイ、楽しかったです。たくさんの人がブースの中でオーガニックコットンの種をまいて言ってくれました。 持って行ったゆず麦酒、柿麦酒も売れて、良かった☆ 皆さんに感謝♪ We had a great time at Earth Day Tokyo. Lots of people sowed seeds of organic cotton at our booth. Our Yuzu(Chinese lemon) beer and Kaki(persimmon) beer sold well. I thank you all who involved.
アースデイに出展します！ Earth Day Tokyo 2012
4月21、22日のアースデイ東京に、「オーガニックふくしま安達」のメンバーで、出店する予定です。ななくさ農園のうどんや麦酒、エコ絵本やポストカードなどを持って、行ってきます！ 綿の種まきを、来た人にやってもらおうと、土と種も持っていきます。メンバーが描いた上のイラストが目印！ ワクワクです☆
Organic Fukushima Adachi will have a booth at Earth Day Tokyo in 21,22th April. We will take our udon, beer, picture books, postcards etc., and to have visitors sow seeds of cotton, we will take the sees and soil. It’s so exciting!
種まき Sowing Seeds
父の協力のおかげで、トマトやペッパー類、ナスの種まきができました。今年こそは計画的に、と思ったけど、またまた例年通り遅れがちになりそう。Thanks to my father’s cooperation, I sowed seeds of tomatoes, peppers and eggplants. I wanted to be a systematic worker this year, but things tend to be late just like previous years.
二本松のカフェでライブ Live at a cafe in Nihonmatsu
国田屋醸造さんにとても素敵なカフェ千の花がオープンしました。そしてそこで行われた成瀬英樹さんのライブに、音楽好きな１歳の娘と行ってきました。メロディアスな曲、ギターと爽やかな歌声、とても良かった☆ 娘もリズムをとって喜んでました。 カフェのコーヒーとスイーツも美味しくて、来られてよかった（しみじみ）と思いました。皆さんに感謝♪ I went to a concert at a newly open cafe, Sen no hana, in Nihonmatsu with my 1 year-old-daughter who loves music. The concert featured Naruse Hideaki, who writes and sings really nice songs, was really nice, and my daughter and I had a great time. The coffee and sweets they served were superb. I would like to thank all who involved.
ブラウンズフィールドへ Visit to Brown’s Field
以前から行きたかった、千葉のブラウンズフィールドへ行ってきました。素朴な田舎風、でもおしゃれで、素敵な空間でした。玄米や野菜たっぷりの食事が、とても美味しかったです。We went to Brown’s Field in Chiba. The site was very nice, rustic but chic. Their macrobiotic food was really tasty.
カフェの外壁にはダイコンが干されていて、よい光景でした♪Daikon radishes were hung to dry outside of the café, which was a lovely sight.
カフェの裏は菜園。夏には緑あふれる空間になるのでしょう。Vegetable garden behind the café will be a green and pleasant land in summer.
那須のビール工場にて At the Sapporo brewery in Nasu
札幌ビール那須工場に行きました。ジオラマ館のディスプレイがとてもすてきでした☆ My husband and I went to Sapporo Beer factory in Nasu. The display to show their products was really beautiful.
目的は、手づくりビール工房。理科の実験室のような所で、職員の方々の指導のもと、造りながら学べるのです！We went there to learn how to make beer at this laboratory-like room through making of our own with instruction of factory staff.
とても勉強になりました♪ We had fun and learned a lot.

雪かき Snow Removals
大雪の新潟に帰省しました。屋根の雪が庭の雪とつながりそうなので、父が雪かきをしているところを居間の網戸越しに撮影。この作業はこの冬１０回目だそう。誰もが今年は異常に雪が多いと言いますが、これも気候変動のせいですね。これからどうなるのでしょう・・・
I came back to my parents’ home in Niigata, where they have lots of snow now. Since the snow on the roof and in the garden seemed to get together, my father was getting the snow removed. He has done it 10 times this winter. I took this picture from our living room through the screen window. Everyone says that we have unusually much snow this winter, which is due to the climate change. I wonder where we are going from here.

朝起きたらつもってました。きれいだけど、出かけるのが大変。We have another winter scenery. It is beautiful, but it will be hard to go out!
クリスマス会 Christmas Party
今年も英語教室でクリスマス会を行いました。今年は
難しいことは考えず、ただ楽しんでもらえたらと思って、お菓子があたるゲームのオンパレード。サンタさんも登場し、楽しんでもらえたかなと思います。
We have a Christmas party with my English class children. I hope Santa and games with sweets gave them a lot of fun, I hope.
